Caleb serves as an instructor/adaptive guide with TA’s BugslingerTMWarriors – Adaptive Fly Fishing Programs serving persons of ALL ages with differing abilities (physical & developmental disabilities), our Disabled Military Heroes – Veterans & their families, and our annual Spring Fly Fling – Fly Fishing & Therapeutic Outdoor Retreat for Women Cancer Survivors. An Eagle Scout, Caleb designed and organized the first ADAPTIVE ANGLERS ON THE FLY – Fly Fishing Camp for Disabled. He is a very passionate fly fishing enthusiast, a talented instructor/guide and a very skilled and prolific fly tier.

Mark is the Founder/Executive Director of Therapeutic Adventures, Inc. (TA) & IndependencePlus Adaptive Sports (I-AS). Mark received his Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University and a Master’s Degree from University of Virginia.
His innovative approach to rehabilitation and special education has has positioned TA & I-AS as one of our country’s premier adaptive outdoor adventure programs and adaptive sports programs. Therapeutic Adventures, Inc. has developed a unique and integrative approach to instruction using: our IndependencePlus Model, our adaptive Circle of Courage model, and our Adaptive Outdoor Skills Mastery System. Chubby is the President of Thomas Jefferson Trout Unlimited (TJTU), and the Outreach Chair of the VA Council of Trout Unlimited. He resides in Charlottesville, Virginia with his wife, Judy. A native of Charlottesville, Chubby has over 40 years of experience fishing for trout on nearly 150 streams here in Virginia and has fished for trout in several other states in the Mid Atlantic, Midwest and Rocky Mountain States. Chubby specializes in walk in/ wading fly fishing trips and instruction for trout with the focus on improving your skills and locating the best fly fishing opportunities for wild and native trout on Virginia’s top rated trout streams.
