Operational Ethics
As a non-profit 501 (c)(3) charitable education organization, Therapeutic Adventures, Inc. has a voice that is reaching out to countless individuals, families, schools, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, Disabled Military Heroes, Disabled Veterans, businesses and other organizations. We must encourage our leaders, our clients and citizen supporters to seek out opportunities for civic engagement and service to others. We must also use this voice to educate and urge people to become aware of the issues and to take proactive steps to conserve, to protect and to restore our environmental resources where programs are offered and enjoyed.
Therapeutic Adventure (TA) & IndependencePlus Adaptive Sports (I~AS) – Guiding Core Values provide a foundation to shape our attitudes, our beliefs and our actions. As leaders, we must strive to incorporate these values into all we do. TA & I~AS Operational Ethics provide clear, positive statements of ethical behavior reflecting the core values of the organization.
